FAQs

HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK WITH YOU FOR INVITATIONS OR SIGNAGE?

I would recommend as early as you can, especially with how far in advance couples are booking out. Especially for custom invitations, the process often times takes longer than people think, so I would recommend reaching out 6-8 months before your wedding. However, I can generally accommodate shorter timelines, having more time creates a more comfortable process!

For signage, I would recommend at least 2-3 months out from your wedding date. Although I am already booking up for 2023, so I would recommend reaching out as early as you can!

HOW MANY SAVE THE DATES / INVITATIONS SHOULD WE ORDER?

This number will be different from your guest count! That is because it is generally per household, so you will need at least one for every household invited to your wedding. I always recommend getting 10-15 extra for additional guests, keepsakes, and one for your photographer to create a flat lay to capture on your wedding day.

For a quick reference, this number is generally about 60%-70% of your guest count depending on how many couples and/or families you are inviting.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE Stationery?

The design and production process is generally about 2 months for your save the dates and anywhere from 2-4 months for your invitations. And this is the amount of time prior to your mailing dates, not your wedding date! The reason being that there are so many integral parts of designing, sourcing, creating, and production that add to the timeline. That being said, if you are needing your invitations sent out within a shorter timeframe, let me know and we can discuss your options. I am flexible, and will do my best to work with you! This accommodation will likely require additional rush fees.

Do you show any of the custom design for invitations before we begin working together?

Due to the creative process I have of getting to know you, your love story and learning all about your wedding vision, this sneak peek of the design (before you book my services) is not possible. I take the creativity and design part of the process very seriously because I want to create the most authentic and personalized invitation suite for you, which is not possible without getting to know all of this first. If this is something you'd like more information about, please let me know and we can talk through it more in depth :)

DO YOU NEED ALL OF my SIGNAGE DETAILS BEFORE I BOOK?

No, you don’t. We will have a timeline and date for all the last minute details like seating chart, etc., however I will do my best to work with you! I would recommend reaching out as soon as you can, so we make sure to get you on my calendar rather than waiting for all the details to be perfect. :) I know how it can be, so I am here to help you the best I can!

DO YOU OFFER ANY RENTALS OR EASELS FOR SIGNAGE?

I do not at this time. But I’d be more than happy to send you links for easels and stands, as well as make them for you! We can chat through all the details and see what is the best fit and option for you!

Do you offer delivery services for local weddings?

For the most part, yes! If your wedding is local to Austin, I can add on a delivery service for you. This is an additional cost and depends on the distance of your venue. This also depends if I am available for your date! But reach out to me, and we will work out all the details! :)
